Sequence 2: Reading, scrolling, replying to/sending a message
2.1Identifies the number of emails sent by each partner.
2.2Click on picture, reads message, then click on REPLY
2.3Click on picture, read, click on REPLY, the answer, then SEND
2.4Click on picture, scroll down partner's email (with down arrow button), then click REPLY, the answer, then SEND.
2.5Click on picture, scroll up and down partner's email (with up and down arrow buttons), then click reply, answer, send.
2.6Click on picture, scroll up & down partner's email (with the "thumb"), then click reply, answer, send.
2.7Click on picture, read message, after clicking on REPLY, scroll up & down partner's email to re-read message (on split screen); click the answer, then SEND.

Sequence 3: Knowledge about incoming email

Sequence 5: Basic typing

5.6Knowledge of autowrap (i.e., If resident continues typing past the end of the line, the cursor automatically moves down to the next line.)

Sequence 6: Editing skills
6.1Inserts letters, punctuation marks
6.2Inserts spaces
6.3Deletes letters, punctuation
6.4Deletes spaces
6.5Deletes/inserts letters, punctuation
6.6Deletes large amounts of space (occurs when manual return accidentally depressed)

Sequence 7: Understanding email function buttons
7.1Saves message (for later reply or delete) then rotates through other messages in partner's inbox
7.2Replies to a message + notices that inbox count goes down
7.3Erases a message + notices that inbox count goes down
7.4Saves, replies to, or erases a message (depending on resident preference) + notices that inbox counts goes down or stays same
7.5 Cancels a message
7.6Clicks on SHUTDOWN while in composition, then returns to finish the message later.
